Shipseys have been involved with the Wiltshire Jazz Festival for many years, and that year was no exception.
Affectionately known as “the Glyndebourne of summer-time jazz”, the festival brings musicians who are some of the best you will hear anywhere in the world, representing several different genres of jazz. Headlining in 2012 were Eliane Elias and Marc Johnson, and The Big Chris Barber Band, with many more artists featured on the playlist.
Our involvement extends to marquees for the artists to play in, as well as catering areas for the many visitors. That year the festival was held on Saturday 9 June 2012 at Dinton, near Salisbury.
